Kelvin Gachanja

I’m a dedicated Youth Treasurer with hands-on experience in financial oversight and operational management during the 2025–26 term. I focus on keeping money transparent, records accurate, and resources aligned to the community’s financial goals.

In addition to treasury responsibilities, I manage complex logistics for a food selling parlour—handling stock procurement and inventory control with care. I reconcile financial records and look for ways to optimize resources so outcomes stay on track.

I’ve also spearheaded fundraising initiatives through direct sales to over 200 customers weekly. I’m comfortable leading customer-facing efforts while maintaining strong customer relations and consistent, accountable money handling.

I lead and motivate diverse teams of over 20 volunteers to achieve shared community goals. Alongside my work, I’m pursuing a BSc Economics degree at the University of Nairobi, and I aim to grow my skills in a great organisation where I can help drive company goals.
