I seek a role that allows me to leverage my nursing expertise and leadership skills to improve patient care and outcomes.

I am a dedicated nursing professional with over a decade of experience in case management and nursing. My journey began with an Associate degree in Nursing from Davis and Elkins College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing Education from Western Governors University. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to patient care and quality outcomes.

In my role as a Case Manager at WVUHS Hospice, I have honed my skills in discharge planning and developing individualized care plans. I pride myself on my ability to advocate for patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions in care. My experience as a Director of Nursing has also equipped me with strong leadership skills, allowing me to implement policies that enhance the standard of care for patients.

With a focus on continuous improvement, I am always looking for ways to promote quality and cost-effective outcomes. I am passionate about educating both staff and patients, ensuring that everyone involved in the care process is well-informed and supported. My goal is to continue making a positive impact in the healthcare field.
