I am looking for a role that allows me to continue improving patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment.

I am a Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to improving patient health and well-being. My journey in nursing began at the Baptist School of Health Professionals, where I earned my Associates of Applied Science in Nursing. Since then, I have gained extensive experience across various healthcare settings, including home health and hospital environments. My goal is to create a positive and productive work environment while fostering effective communication with my team to achieve favorable patient outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes IV starts, phlebotomy, and wound care, among others. I have taken on leadership roles, serving as a charge nurse and leading group projects. My dedication to evidence-based practices drives me to continuously seek knowledge and improve my nursing skills. I am passionate about empowering patients in their healing process and ensuring they have the autonomy to make informed decisions about their health.
