I've completed a 180-hour externship at Loomis Funeral Home, where I observed embalming and body preparation, assisted with service setup, and learned postmortem care documentation.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Investigation from Keiser University. My training includes crime scene documentation, forensic photography and sketching, evidence collection, fingerprint analysis, DNA extraction, chromatography, and forensic report writing.

At 24-7 Intouch, I handled high-volume inbound calls, resolved customer issues through active listening, and earned promotion to the Escalations Team for exceeding performance metrics.
