I’m a Learning & Development leader and strategic training facilitator with 15+ years of experience designing high-impact learning programs and delivering them in-person or virtually. I’m known for creating engaging training environments and scalable curricula that help partners thrive.

I’ve designed and facilitated 100+ workshops and learning experiences for corporate and non-profit clients. My work centers on translating brand standards and complex processes into clear, actionable experiences that build executive presence, communication strength, and change leadership.

Most recently, as a Customer Success Coach & Program Advisor at The Speaker Lab, I represented the client voice in feedback loops to improve curriculum, platform features, and delivery. I supported a 6-month portfolio of 35–70 clients, achieved 95%+ satisfaction, and helped drive a 125% increase in VIP participation and event attendance.
