What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an organization where I can provide direct patient care through anticoagulation services, drive measurable quality improvement, and build EMR workflows—while continuing to precept and collaborate with providers to expand access to therapy.

I’m an ambulatory care pharmacist focused on medication management, with deep expertise in anticoagulation care (INR monitoring, warfarin adjustment, and periprocedural bridging) and expansion into DOAC management. I lead clinical operations across multiple outpatient medication management clinics while staying hands-on with patient care and evidence-based protocols.

At St. Elizabeth Healthcare, I lead operations for 5 outpatient clinics and oversee a team of 20 employees, pharmacists, nurses, and pharmacy technicians. I maintain compliance with The Joint Commission standards, manage departmental budgets across cost centers, and drive quality improvement through recurring action plans, metrics, and internal clinical procedure development.

I also build systems that improve care beyond visits—creating operational workflows, Epic/EMR enhancements (including dashboards and bridge calendars), and tools like “Anticoagulation i-Vents” to capture pharmacist interventions and estimated cost-avoidance value. I’ve earned recognition including an “Anticoagulation Center of Excellence” designation (December 2024) and serve as an Epic trainer for ambulatory pharmacy services, while precepting PGY1/PGY2 residents and students.
