I'm looking for a growth-oriented Technical Support Engineer or Data Analyst role where I can apply SQL, Excel, Power BI, troubleshooting, and reporting skills to solve data-driven business problems.

I've built Power BI dashboards for HR analytics and hotel booking performance, turning SQL-sourced data into actionable reporting.

For an HR Data Analytics Dashboard, I analyzed headcount, attrition, department distribution, and gender ratio. I created DAX measures for attrition percentage, average tenure, and hiring trends to help teams identify retention hotspots.

In a Hotel Booking and Cancellation Dashboard, I tracked booking patterns, cancellation rates, revenue trends, and customer segments. My visualizations supported decisions around reducing cancellations and optimizing pricing strategies.
