At NerdWallet, I managed full-cycle accounts payable across multiple entities and led the workload of a two-person offshore AP team. I also supported acquisition integrations, from onboarding new entities to reconciling assumed liabilities.
I designed an AP workload-balancing methodology and formalized a company-wide PO requirement policy. I built formula-driven flux and DPO workbooks and led implementation of UiPath automation for the AP inbox.
Earlier, at Jagged Peak Energy, Boulder Energy Ltd, and CBS Radio, Inc., I handled invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, and audit support. My work has included multi-currency payments, expense and corporate card reviews, and SOX controls.
