At Ship Management Ltd., I develop and maintain QMS/QSE policies, procedures, documentation, audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
I also coordinate IT activities across infrastructure, user support, websites, and internal software development, helping technical teams prioritize issues and carry actions through to documented resolution.
