At KPMG India (B S R & Co LLP), I led statutory and group audits from planning through completion for listed and non-listed clients. I tested control design and operating effectiveness across financial and IT-dependent processes.

I identified control gaps across Treasury, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Payroll, and ITGCs. Findings led to revised approval workflows and reduced repeat exceptions in follow-up testing.

As an Analyst – Audit and Assurance, I tested controls across Treasury, Borrowings, Payroll, and Book Closure, and prepared audit workpapers tailored to each engagement's risk profile. My findings also contributed to a documented reduction in repeat observations in the following cycle.

I mentored junior auditors and integrated Microsoft Copilot into audit workflows. I'm pursuing the U.S. CPA and looking to apply my controls-testing experience to SOC 2 and IT compliance auditing.
