What I'm looking for

I am looking for a permanent, fully remote QA/API Testing role open to candidates based in India, where REST API validation and Python automation are core responsibilities. My skills include Python Requests, Postman, Newman and PyTest, alongside automotive validation, OTA testing and root cause analysis. My expected compensation is INR 18 LPA or more, and my notice period is 3 months.

At KPIT, I automate REST APIs for OTA campaign services using Python Requests. I validate GET → PUT → GET workflows, create dynamic JSON payloads, and use retry mechanisms and config-driven execution across environments.

I also use Postman and Newman for API regression testing, validating status codes, response structures, and business-critical fields while reducing manual API validation effort.

At Faurecia, I validated infotainment systems and features including Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, CAN, and OTA updates. I also worked on system and performance validation, test cases, and defect tracking with JIRA.
