What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building my banking and finance practice through complex corporate, structured, cross-border, and project finance transactions, with responsibility for client matters, transaction execution, and legal risk management.

I'm an Associate in Baker McKenzie's Banking and Finance practice, running matters independently with partner guidance across corporate, commercial, and cross-border financing transactions.

I draft, review, and negotiate facility, loan, security, guarantee, novation, and common terms agreements; manage conditions precedent; conduct due diligence; and advise clients on legal risk and compliance. My work includes multi-jurisdictional structured finance, refinance, development finance, acquisition finance, fund finance, and growing exposure to project finance.

Before Baker McKenzie, I practised in Banking, Finance and Projects at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr and worked as a Finance and Banking paralegal at CMS Law. I'm admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and have supported significant facilities involving Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, IFC, Investec, and the Industrial Development Corporation.
