I currently lead audit, tax and consulting engagements at Ilyas Saeed & Co., delivering timely services under ISAs and applicable financial reporting frameworks.

Over 31 years, I've worked across finance, audit, assurance, corporate law, advisory, taxation, project finance and management. My experience includes 20 years in chemical and fertilizer businesses, including more than three years with OCP Group in Morocco.

At Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim, I led financial reporting for separate and consolidated statements, audits, board presentations, and annual and quarterly reporting. I helped implement SAP, supported major acquisitions and projects, and managed equity and debt financing for power and meat-processing ventures.

I've also delivered internal audit, cost control, financial-model, compliance, policy, and operational-improvement work across oil and gas, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and shared-services accounting. I focus on ethical practices, strong governance, practical controls, and lasting value for clients.
