At Jindal Saw Ltd., I perform wet chemical analysis of blast furnace raw materials, pig iron, and slag to check compliance with quality specifications. I also analyze water quality across parameters including pH, hardness, and TDS.
I operate and calibrate instruments including XRF, LECO Carbon-Sulphur Analyser, and UV-VIS Spectrophotometer. I use SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel for sample tracking, quality records, trend analysis, and reporting, and coordinate with production and process teams on quality deviations and corrective actions.
