At Qatar Petrochemical Company Limited (QAPCO), I’m leading a finance transformation project that maps SWIFT statements directly into SAP, reducing manual intervention and improving cash visibility. I’m also developing a real-time treasury dashboard and overseeing venture transactions, capital deposits, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.

At TAWAL Pakistan, I led treasury and insurance, including work with Mobile Network Operators to shorten revenue realization cycles. This helped the business meet commitments through internal cash generation rather than parental funding.

At Muller & Phipps Pakistan (M&P), I negotiated financing facilities with more than 15 banks and designed structured finance models to ease pressure on payables and liquidate receivables. I also developed cash-flow forecasting models and financial models for acquisitions and manufacturing investments.

Earlier, I worked in audit and assurance at Morison Global, BKR International, M/s. Junaidy Alam Iqbal, Chartered Accountants, and KPMG Pakistan. I led audits and assurance engagements, evaluated internal controls, and conducted financial due diligence and ERP readiness assessments.
