At Spring Village Personal Care, I provide resident nursing care, wound treatment, medication administration, admissions, care planning, laboratory coordination, and emergency hospital transfers. I communicate closely with providers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain safe, continuous care.

I've also supported residents at Sapphire Care and Rehab Center and patients at Pyramid (Hillside) Detox and Rehabilitation Center through triage, telephonic and electronic communication, withdrawal monitoring, MAT administration, documentation, staff delegation, and HIPAA-compliant care coordination. I'm fluent in English and Creole and equipped for remote clinical work.
