I've spent more than seven years building the mobile, web, and underlying architecture for SynergySuite's hospitality operations platform. My work supports tens of thousands of workers across 3,000+ locations.
At SynergySuite, I rebuilt the Cover employee app end-to-end and led the Cordova-to-Capacitor migration for Cover and Manager, improving startup time, crash rate, and app-store ratings to 4.8★. I also designed an offline-first SQLite architecture that keeps HACCP checklists usable in low-connectivity kitchens.
Previously, I was a primary engineer on the web operations portal, building its Configuration Page, Location, Franchise, and User managers, plus roles and permissions. I delivered features across food safety, inventory, rostering, EDI, purchasing, and reporting while partnering on endpoint contracts and MySQL schema design.
Outside SynergySuite, I've built a whale-watching app with 10,000+ downloads and architected the initial Home Hero cleaning-operations platform. I scope work from design and backend specifications through QA and release, while mentoring engineers and shaping team conventions.
