At Milwaukee Tool, I plan daily shipping schedules across 15–20 production lines at two plants, prioritize dispatches, and lead a team of three. At Warehouse 2, we achieved zero line stoppages over five months.
I monitor Kanban cards and arrange shipments of critical materials before shortages arise. I also resolve inventory discrepancies and track warehouse capacity and pending items.
As a Continuous Improvement Intern at Milwaukee Tool, I eliminated cable-puncture scrap on a high-scrap line using RCCM with an operator and Engineering, resulting in zero recurrence. I also supported a One-Piece Flow implementation that increased hourly output and reduced waiting time.
Previously, I followed up with suppliers and updated purchasing reports at Montiac Linamar, where my internship project used 5S visual aids to reduce material search time and improve inventory accuracy and control. At Promovago, I followed up with customers on payments, updated account records, issued invoices and receipts, and reconciled cash.
