With extensive experience in HIV, TB, Non Communicable Disease care and management, I have dedicated my career to improving health outcomes by achieving a 30% increase in patient adherence rates among over 500 patients through targeted HIV care interventions. My journey has been marked by a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

Currently, I serve as the Site in Charge at the Comprehensive Care Clinic in Mavoko Level 4 Hospital, where I lead a team in implementing the Positive Health Dignity and Prevention program. My role involves not only direct patient care but also capacity building for healthcare staff, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of service delivery.
