What I'm looking for

I’m oriented toward professional development in structural design and BIM.

At INMOBILIARIA WALCAMO S.A.C., I coordinate the execution of structure, architecture, and building services for Conjunto Residencial Huamanga. I review project drawings and work with contractors, suppliers, supervisors, and designers to resolve technical conflicts.

For a three-story single-family home in Cieneguilla, I modeled and analyzed the structure, reviewed seismic drift, and designed reinforced concrete elements. I prepared the calculation report, quantity takeoffs, and structural drawings using ETABS and AutoCAD.
