At GMA New Media Inc., I test Odoo ERP workflows across Payroll, CRM, Subscription, Inventory, Helpdesk, POS, and Billing. I create test plans, cases, scripts, and reports while validating web and mobile applications through functional, regression, smoke, end-to-end, and exploratory testing.
I use Postman to validate REST APIs and SQL Server for backend data validation, while managing defects and test cycles in Jira and TestLink. I've also supported UAT, collaborated in Agile Scrum teams, and am expanding my automation skills with Playwright and Cypress.
