What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply purple teaming, threat hunting, attack simulation, and malware research to mature detection and response capabilities and strengthen security operations.

At CiX, I work as a freelance Purple Team Specialist, planning, executing, and documenting attack simulations to improve threat detection, response, and mitigation.

Previously at Acronis, I conducted threat hunting and research into APTs, malware campaigns, and evolving TTPs. I reverse engineered malware with Ghidra and IDA Pro, automated threat-intelligence collection, maintained intelligence repositories, and supported incident response teams with threat actor profiling.

My 17+ years of technical depth began in high-stakes enterprise support at Veeam, where I resolved complex virtualization, operating system, and network issues while mentoring engineers. I apply Python, PowerShell, Bash, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP to practical purple-team and security research work.
