I’m looking for a Quality Analyst role where I can own testing quality end-to-end—manual and automation—using Jira, ServiceNow, and AEM, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and delivering results on tight timelines.

I’m a Quality Analyst and Manual Tester with 5 years and 7 months of experience ensuring software quality through rigorous testing methodologies. I build and execute comprehensive test cases, track defects through their lifecycle, and support teams with clear documentation and knowledge transfer.
