I’m a fourth-semester Medical Imaging Technology student with hands-on clinical exposure to patient care, radiographic terminology, and diagnostic workflows. I complete structured medical scribing training focused on EHR documentation and producing chart-ready clinical notes.
Through my Self-Directed Medical Scribe Training Program, I practiced live-encounter documentation, provider shorthand, and specialty-specific charting. I’m fast and accurate with medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical abbreviations, with a clear command of SOAP note and H&P documentation structure.
In clinical rotations, I observed and assisted with patient intake and diagnostic imaging procedures, and I reviewed physician orders and patient charts to reinforce documentation standards.
