At Genworth Financial, I partner with litigation attorneys to manage active matters and coordinate discovery and eDiscovery from preservation through production. I also administer litigation holds, subpoena responses, and matter records.
I lead the Early Warning System process, organizing monthly attorney reviews of emerging legal and regulatory developments. My legal operations work includes outside counsel guidelines, workflow documentation, matter reporting, and evaluation of AI-supported processes.
I manage legal billing and invoice workflows in Passport and support the Executive Vice President and General Counsel, C-suite leaders, and Board members with counsel documents, communications, reports, and presentation materials.
Previously, I managed employment litigation at Ogletree Deakins, supported criminal prosecutions at Chesterfield County Commonwealth’s Attorney, and managed probation caseloads at Bonner County Justice Services. I hold a Paralegal Certificate and Idaho P.O.S.T. certification.
