Program managed a regional portfolio of sensitive counterintelligence and insider threat investigations, overseeing case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution. Coordinated high-risk operations with interagency and foreign partners to mitigate security threats.

Directed multiple complex cases concerning espionage, unauthorized disclosures, and mishandling of classified documents, resulting in indictments and guilty pleas. Conducted OSINT research and collaborated with DOJ, DoD, and Intelligence Community partners to mitigate intelligence threats.

Designed and deployed an automated technical solution for the National Security Agency to support an evidentiary analysis project within the Counterterrorism mission. Implemented professional development and technical diversity initiatives to support client missions within the DoD.

Directed technical teams conducting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Computer Network Operations. Led intelligence division supporting U.S. Southern Command counterterrorism objectives and served as Deputy Team Lead within U.S. Cyber Command.
