I seek a role that allows me to continue helping underserved communities while growing my skills in healthcare management.

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including inpatient care, infectious disease, and clinic management. Currently, I work at Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma, where I manage inpatient Medicaid admissions and ensure compliance with MCG criteria. My ability to adapt to remote work has allowed me to maintain high productivity and meet deadlines effectively.

Previously, I served as the acting lead RN at the OU Infectious Disease clinic, where I was responsible for patient triage, lab results, and assisting providers with procedures. My role as a Clinic Manager at the Oklahoma City County Health Department honed my leadership skills, overseeing a team of 30 employees while managing clinic operations and patient care. I am passionate about helping underserved populations and have volunteered my time to support food pantries and domestic violence victims.
