I’m looking to apply my CRM/HRMS analytics, Python+SQL automation, and Power BI dashboarding to support data-driven decisions. I want a team that values data quality, auditability, and clear documentation—so I can deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a Data Analyst who delivers CRM and HRMS analytics projects using Python, SQL, and Power BI. I build data pipelines and automate reporting workflows, combining statistical analysis with strong analytical thinking to turn datasets into management-ready insights.

In my AIdeas Tech Solutions internship, I developed Power BI dashboards with DAX measures and drill-through reports for Finance and Operations stakeholders. I monitored data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness), flagged anomalies, and used Python (Pandas) and SQL automation scripts to streamline recurring data extraction and cleansing on live CRM/HRMS datasets while reducing manual effort and error risk.
