What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build high-performance Flutter products with a collaborative cross-functional team, taking mobile applications from architecture through production deployment and ongoing improvement.

I've led Flutter development for ChaparPay, Turkmenistan's national digital payment platform, building encrypted banking integrations, utility payments, travel booking, and real-time transaction flows for thousands of users. I've also delivered Hingo's real-time geolocation, matching, and chat features, and built 76 Kargo's shipment-tracking app from scratch.

Across Web Design Sun, Dionis LLC, TurkmenPocta, Turkmenportal, LS Express, and Tasin Yyldyz, I've shipped iOS and Android products spanning IVF healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, transport, and media. I work with clean architecture, BLoC, REST APIs, CI/CD, and App Store and Google Play releases to turn complex mobile requirements into reliable production apps.
