What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations where I can improve ERP visibility, strengthen supplier partnerships, reduce costs, and build reliable inventory and logistics processes.

I've led purchasing, inventory planning, logistics, and supplier management across U.S. and Mexico operations for more than 30 years.

At Southwest Metal Finishing and Lincoln Industries, I directed enterprise purchasing and logistics, delivered 10% combined cost savings through supplier consolidation and strategic sourcing, and improved working capital through consignment and VMI programs. I also supported ERP launches, ISO compliance, facility expansions, and Mexico supply-base development.

I'm currently leading a two-buyer purchasing department at Pillar Induction, overseeing procurement strategy, implementing IFS, and building VMI and stocking agreements to improve inventory visibility and prevent shortages.
