I’m a BBA graduate with hands-on experience in healthcare and telecom churn analytics projects using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and DAX. I focus on data cleaning, dashboard creation, and business analysis across datasets with 7,000+ and 55,000+ records.

In my Hospital Patient Billing & Treatment Analytics work, I cleaned 55,500 raw records and resolved 108 negative billing entries to protect data integrity. I used 8 SQL queries to surface Arthritis as the highest-risk condition and Asthma as the highest-cost admission, then quantified a 53% COVID-19 admission spike (2020 vs 2019 baseline) in a 3-page Power BI dashboard with 14 DAX measures.

For Telecom Customer Churn Analysis, I analyzed 7,043 customer records to identify a 26.54% churn rate and a 14× gap between month-to-month (42%) and two-year contracts (3%), supporting retention strategy decisions. I built an interactive Power BI dashboard with churn-risk KPIs, wrote 9 SQL queries for key churn drivers, and validated results with Excel pivot tables—plus I’ve applied operational attention to detail during my Production Department Intern role at Suncity Sheets.
