At Civil Art, I sequence finishing and MEP trades, prepare site schedules and BOQs, check contractor bills, and carry quality checklists through handover. I’m currently leading the complete interior fit-out of Black Bunny, a 15,000 sq ft game zone in Guwahati, coordinating specialist installations with MEP and kitchen works.
At Civil Art, I delivered the complete interior fit-out of Atlanta Electrical’s admin block and canteen after taking over at the post-civil stage. I also executed external works and delivered the canteen’s commercial kitchen and services.
I delivered Funenza, a 23,500 sq ft fabricated-structure game zone, including its in-house café kitchen and electrical, plumbing, exhaust, and gas provisions. At Kabir Highland, I took over a bungalow at about 40% completion and carried it through to handover, including an outhouse and swimming pool.
At Shree Urmi Engineers, I was the sole site-in-charge for projects from start to handover. For HR Palacio, I joined after civil completion and delivered the building through handover, including a basement dewatering system with an automated pump.
