I’m a backend-focused Senior Software Engineer with over 20 years building systems and services. I bring solid C# and .NET experience to deliver maintainable backend platforms that are built for real-world change.

I specialize in REST APIs using .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core, with data access powered by Entity Framework Core against SQL Server and Azure SQL Database. I connect backend services to external systems through REST integrations, and I keep business logic and code structure clean so teams can move fast without accumulating debt.

Security and reliability are part of how I deliver: I secure APIs with JWT and OAuth for authentication and authorization, keeping access rules consistent across services. I build unit and integration tests into normal delivery, and in one role I reached about 80% coverage on core services—helping reduce production defects release over release.

Across Agile (Scrum) teams, I’ve delivered enterprise backend systems for e-commerce, payments, and CRM—breaking monoliths into services and supporting high-read workloads through SQL Server modeling, tuning, and schema redesign. I collaborate through Git with pull request reviews, and I also mentor junior developers and work closely with product and QA through the full development lifecycle.
