At Deloitte, I lead treasury transformation and advisory work for diversified client groups, aligning roadmaps with CFO, VP, and Treasury Head priorities. I facilitate workshops to assess treasury processes, controls, and opportunities across cash and liquidity, payments, and other treasury functions.
I translate capability gaps into practical transformation roadmaps and design target operating models, activity-to-role mapping, governance, and SLA frameworks. This work led to a 30% FTE reduction through centralization to an India shared service centre.
I also develop treasury taxonomies and TMS-driven process flows, and author governance policies and SOPs to strengthen operational consistency, audit readiness, and DRHP/IPO readiness. I designed dashboard wireframes covering around 40 KPIs and co-led proposal pursuits that contributed to a USD 5.2M win.
At Deutsche Bank, I supported the Treasury Infrastructure team with process improvements and analytical work. I built an alternative solution for live benchmark sourcing, automated recurring Excel computations that saved around 700 man-hours annually, and supported pension fund risk calculations and regulatory reporting.
