Jason Hartley
@jasonhartley
Full-stack engineer, 14 years. I build production LLM and agent systems with the guardrails, evals, and auditability that make them safe to run.
What I'm looking for
I've architected and owned Ultimate Senior Resource at BattleBridge Labs, a large-scale senior-living directory and SaaS platform built on React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL/Neon. I designed its LLM-powered ingestion pipeline to structure content, classify amenities, and validate facility data at scale.
I've shipped and maintained 50+ production web applications, owning hosting, migrations, CI/CD, performance, and incident response across the portfolio. I also built voice AI workflows with Twilio and Synthflow that connect real-time CRM lookup to existing phone systems, reducing inquiry response times from hours to seconds.
At Boxman 3000, I built a Model Context Protocol server with 100+ tools across Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Shopify, YouTube, and Postgres, using a three-step confirmation gate for every live write operation. I lead and mentor distributed engineering teams through written-first communication, architecture, code review, and delivery.
