What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an operations team role where I can apply disciplined reporting, coordination, controls enforcement, and quality assurance experience. I am also open to Management Roles.

At Rail Coach Factory, Indian Railways, I coordinate electrical production work across 90+ technicians and contractor personnel, reporting progress against production schedules.

I compile and verify test results, inspection records, and dispatch sign-off documentation to support zero-defect vehicle delivery. I also lead RCFA and FMEA activities, manage non-conformances, and drive corrective actions that eliminate recurring defects.

I bring nearly a decade of experience in production coordination, safety controls, functional testing, audit-ready documentation, and power-supply operations. I mentor junior colleagues and work across production, quality, and contractor teams to resolve issues and maintain milestones.
