What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can combine aesthetic nursing, patient safety, and clinic operations to support high-quality, client-centered care, strong treatment standards, and effective team development.

I oversee operations across two Esclare Aesthetic Center branches, guiding managers, developing staff, improving processes, and maintaining treatment standards and patient experience.

I coordinate clinical and administrative workflows, including consent review, procurement approvals, reporting, quality control, scheduling, follow-up, and customer-service escalations.

I've supported dermatology and aesthetic physicians with fillers, Botox, mesotherapy, chemical peels, ECO2 laser, INFINI, PRP, and electrocautery. I also perform assigned laser, body-contouring, mesotherapy, and IV treatment workflows with attention to safety, documentation, monitoring, and aftercare.

My nursing background includes perioperative assessment, sterile operating-room preparation, vital-sign monitoring, post-operative evaluation, and continuity of care. I bring more than 15 years of clinical judgment, clinic operations experience, and a patient-safety mindset to aesthetic care.
