I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my nursing skills in case management while promoting patient-centered care.

As a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional patient care and support. My journey began at UAB School of Nursing, where I earned my RN BSN in 2008. Since then, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including Med/Surg nurse and Charge Nurse at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

Throughout my career, I have excelled as a Case Manager, working on Med/Surg units, Orthopedic Units, and in Utilization Review. My expertise in utilizing InterQual has allowed me to effectively manage patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. Currently, I am serving as a UR Case Manager at UAB Medical West, collaborating with multiple payers to streamline processes and enhance patient care.
