Owned architecture, engineering standards, infrastructure, and releases for a Bitcoin commerce platform with five payment rails in production. Authored the Lightning payment handler spec for the Universal Commerce Protocol and migrated production to self-hosted infrastructure.

Built and shipped open-source projects including Stack Orange, Lofextra, and Lofik. Contributed to SeedSigner and LNbits and learned Rust through transaction construction and node handshake.

Built Inbox, a real-time multichannel messaging product with integrations including Zoom, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Gympass. Took core features from design to production while company ARR grew from $500k to over $5M.

Promoted to lead the company’s largest team of around eight engineers, owning delivery practices, mentoring, code review, and collaboration with product. Built the platform behind Crave Delivery from scratch to launch on a tight deadline.
