I seek a collaborative role in AP or general accounting where I can improve processes, strengthen controls, manage vendor relationships, and grow professionally.

I am an Accounts Payable professional with three years of focused experience in AP processing, vendor management, and compliance. I have worked extensively with Microsoft Dynamics GP and QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate transaction posting and GL coding.

At my current role I process credit card, timesheet, and employee expense transactions, maintain vendor master data for US Form 1099 reporting, and perform three-way matching to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate AP balances.

I support month-end close activities, prepare AP summaries and cash release reports to aid management review and audit readiness, and coordinate with multiple corporate cardholders to improve timeliness and accuracy of submissions.
