At a telecom and fintech company (under NDA), I was the sole product designer on a restaurant POS platform covering payments, guest ordering and delivery, kitchen display, and table reservations. I owned the UX/UI process from discovery through developer handoff and designed flows for guests, waiters, kitchen staff, and managers.
I also designed ProMed, a B2B medical supplies sales platform, and high-density analytics dashboards with 12+ metrics on one screen. At Kapsys, I built a design system and UI component library for Catalyst CRM; the work cut front-end build time by about 25%, measured by work completed per sprint.
At Sedna Software, I led UX research for CRM and ERP products, including 10+ in-depth interviews, and redesigned the products around operators’ daily tasks. As a freelancer, I designed the UX/UI for a mobile VPN app published on the App Store and created websites for a household-moving service and a wedding agency.
