Ivan Kalinin

I’m an independent AI filmmaker and animation director focused on director-controlled AI filmmaking. I direct every shot end-to-end—scene design, blocking, generation, and final delivery—so the result is deliberate, not automated.

I build continuity-locked multi-shot sequences and maintain full creative control through my production pipeline (“the Pineapple”). Every cut is assembled cut-on-action, with continuity and quality testing baked into the process before the final assembly.

My work spans compositing, color, and sound: I use Adobe After Effects for match-cuts and layered sound-synced assembly, DaVinci Resolve for node-based grading and film emulation, and ElevenLabs for directed voice performance, layered SFX, and continuous ambience mixing.

I’m currently developing new agent-assisted generation workflows with Blender and Unreal Engine for previsualization and faster iteration. Through self-directed study in cinematography and composition, I keep a consistent visual-language and craft foundation across original projects.
