At Porsche Digital Croatia, I’m Tech Lead of the Platform Engineering team, setting technical direction and engineering standards for our shared platform. I manage an AWS Landing Zone spanning 100+ accounts, including provisioning, guardrails, networking, and governance.
I’ve driven infrastructure cost optimisation through rightsizing, lifecycle policies, and commitment planning. I also define infrastructure as code and reusable modules to standardise environment provisioning.
At Porsche Digital Croatia, I build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to shorten the path from commit to production release. My work spans AWS and Microsoft Azure, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
Previously, at Combis, I delivered full-stack features for enterprise clients and designed data models and integrations. I also introduced automated build and deployment steps, and earlier developed application features, bug fixes, and tests as a Junior Software Engineer.
