I'm looking to lead IT operations and digital transformation projects where I can own cloud systems, web infrastructure, automation, and business-focused technology delivery from strategy through deployment.

At Restaurail, I lead IT operations and digital transformation, including the end-to-end network, hardware, and software rollout for the 2023 TGV onboard catering contract.

I've deployed Power BI sales dashboards with AI-driven insights to improve business visibility and accelerate data-driven decisions. I also manage servers, networks, user accounts, security, backups, web infrastructure, and technical support.

Through 360degree.ma and Cloudme International, I've delivered showcase, catalog, and e-commerce websites while managing client projects, cloud hosting, payment integrations, SEO, Google Ads, CRM, emailing, and heatmap platforms.

With 10+ years across web development, systems administration, and digital project management, I enjoy owning projects from strategy to deployment in Arabic, French, and English.
