I’m a detail-oriented accountant and CRM professional with experience preparing financial statements, managing bookkeeping, and ensuring GST and TDS compliance. I’m organized with account reconciliation, tax filings, and financial reporting, and I keep records accurate and audit-ready. I also handle practical customer-facing work like quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups.

In my current role as CRM Manager at Malti Lab Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I reply to customer inquiries and quotations via email, prepare and send quotations, and maintain customer records with follow-up details. I coordinate with sales and accounts teams, update customer data and transaction records, handle client communication and documentation, and generate invoices while maintaining billing records.

Previously, I worked as an Accountant at Leela Logistics, LLB and Co., and Gaurav Gada & Associated, preparing balance sheets and bookkeeping records and performing bank reconciliations. I handled E-way Bills and E-invoices in Tally and portals, supported ITR filing and register maintenance, and contributed to month-end closing processes as an Intermediate Accountant.
