I’m a Project & Procurement Coordinator focused on turning commercial data into clear decisions. In my current role, I analyze customer and sales patterns to identify top-performing products and key accounts, and I’m mapping what high-value customers actually buy and how often.

I also support growth through research and expansion work, currently researching new product lines using IndiaMART trends, competitor analysis, and market demand data to find expansion opportunities. Previously, as a Store & Operations Coordinator-Intern, I spotted underperforming products from sales and POS data and shared findings with warehouse and sales teams to improve stock decisions.

I’m comfortable partnering across functions with practical reporting—tracking replenishment and shrinkage patterns, converting raw sales data into simple dashboards/reports for day-to-day calls, and building Excel tracking sheets to reduce manual work. I’ve also strengthened my strategic edge through research and stakeholder presentation, including an Agile Transformation research project (50+ surveys, 7+ interviews) presented to Product and Project Management leadership, plus academic consulting work where I delivered executive-level strategy and risk analysis.
