At JayWalk, I plan service design, conduct research, and lead end-to-end design for an educational and event-finding platform. It reached 25,000 users and peaked at 1,000+ new app-store downloads per month, with a 4.9/5 rating from 70 ratings.
At the City of Vancouver, I designed multi-step applications for service requests. Two rounds of user testing and built-in feedback helped validate the work, which met WCAG 2.1 AA compliance; task success rose in moderated and unmoderated testing.
My other projects include a Talk Shop Media website redesign that increased engagement by 30% and reduced bounce, and a dual-sided food subscription interface for Tractor At Home. For EventChain Access, I handed off a complete prototype, shared library, and custom iconography for a blockchain-secured ticketing platform.
