What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities where I can apply my finance, operations, enrollment, and team-management experience to build reliable processes, improve reporting and efficiency, and support organizational growth.

I'm currently building the finance and records department at the European School of Economics Madrid from scratch, establishing internal controls, operational processes, reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance records.

Previously, I led an eight-person Enrolment Services team at Niagara College Toronto, where I was named Employee of the Year in 2023. I used enrollment data and process reviews to improve efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and help deliver a seamless student experience across Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services.

Across 10+ years in finance, accounting, registration, and operations, I've managed payroll, accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, accounting migrations, and revenues up to $6.3 million. I bring hands-on QuickBooks, Xero, Holded, ADP, PayWeb, and Ceridian experience, alongside fluent English, advanced Spanish, and native Portuguese.
