At ServiceNow, I owned Partner Awards, Partner Finder, and Partner Portal end to end, and contributed components and guidelines to its enterprise design system. I also mentored designers and helped establish reusable design methodologies.
Earlier, I led a platform redesign at University of California, Riverside, built reusable UX foundations at Perchwell, and drove a 60% increase in adoption through a full app redesign at Schiller Americas Mexico.
