I tested a client's Shopify store from a visitor's point of view, checking pages, links, buttons, and forms across desktop, tablet, and mobile before launch.
I also built and edited the client's website pages using Shopify, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. While testing, I found issues including an incorrect variant price at checkout and text that did not resize for mobile.
I document reproducible steps, expected and actual results, and support bug reports with screenshots and screen recordings. I retest issues after fixes and distinguish data problems from display problems.
I'm studying Computer Science and Engineering at North South University and am currently learning about agentic AI, including how AI chat tools respond and where they fail.
